Commentary/Analysis: Because of fossil fuel and other toxic waste in the air are floating around the vegetables as it grows, they consume that air. Once the plant consumes the air it is then carrying toxic waste or toxins that are not very safe to eat or to have in our system.

Commentary/Analysis: One of the upsides of having a vertical garden is because you can control the factors of your produce in a controlled environment. Meaning you chose when your plant will have water, sun, nutrients. It is very effective and you can grow practically any produce.
